TWO TWIN PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATIONS IN RESIDENTIAL BUILDING - CHAMBERÍ AREA, MADRID

In this five-storey building, two individual photovoltaic installations of 3 kW each were made for the owners of the dwellings on the fifth floor. Although the building has more residential and commercial premises on the ground floor, only these two neighbors opted for solar energy, so two independent rooftop systems were designed and implemented instead of a collective installation.

  • Location: Residential building on Calle Fuencarral, Madrid.
  • Installed power: 2 systems of 3 kW (total: 6 kW).
  • Number of panels: 6 modules of 550 W per dwelling.
  • Inverters: 1 3 kW inverter per installation.
  • Location of systems: Roof of the building.
  • Additional benefits: Individual self-consumption optimized for each dwelling.

This project demonstrates how solar energy can be adapted to individual needs within a residential building

PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION IN A SINGLE-FAMILY HOME – CIUDAD LINEAL AREA, MADRID

In this single-family house in the area of Arturo Soria, a 6 kW photovoltaic system was installed, designed to maximize self-consumption and reduce dependence on the electricity grid.
